Roles & Responsibilities

Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and repair or replace faulty components
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
Develop maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs with other departments
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
Stay current on industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering
Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to solve complex technical problems
Train and mentor junior maintenance staff on best practices and safety procedures
Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards
Provide technical support and guidance to operations and management teams as needed
