Role Coordinates the design, installation and commissioning of offshore load measurement campaigns (FLIDAR, wave buoys and wave radar) Support the team of Measurement Engineers with tasks across running projects. Support on specification, installation/commissioning and maintenance of met ocean measurement equipment e.g. Floating Lidars, Wave Buoys and ADCPs. Ensure that the projects are on time and that deliveries and quality are according to industry standards and best practice. Comply with clients guidelines and standards in force, i.e. processes, as well as stakeholder and contractually accepted specifications. Participate actively in project team and ensure coordination between sub-contractors and internal stakeholders. Review project results, including external deliveries from contractors. Assist in writing up employer requirements to our contractors based on the need of stakeholders across the organization. Be in close contact with in-house stakeholders and proactively identify campaign requirements from in-house customers. Manage contractors during the installation, commissioning and operational phases, including coordination with the local site HSE organization. Engage with contractors to ensure top of class quality on solutions and installed equipment. Install, maintain and troubleshoot on measurement equipment as needed onshore and offshore. Ensure quality of data recorded at the measurement equipment. Review project results, including external deliveries and documentation from contractors. Work with internal and external team members in designing and implementing measurement campaigns at various offshore wind farms. Provide Meta Data to measurements monitoring system. QA of supplier as-built documentation. Write installation and commissioning reports from managed campaigns. Provide lessons learned for projects. Budget follow up in liaison with Measurement Manager/Measurement Engineer. Risk Assessment and Method Statement as needed for tasks on site. Requirements Relevant technical education Bachelor/MSc (e.g. engineering or similar) NEBOSH certified or similar GWO offshore training and OGUK Medical Certificate including Chester Step-up Test Experience in similar role with same skill set Experience working in a matrix organisation
