Job Purpose: To develop/implement the Quality Control Management system, in order to ensure that contractors comply with works specifications, implement QA/QC during execution phase by: Develop/review quality Control standards and project specific written procedures for Quality Control/Quality assurance during the construction phase based on the applicable Company specifications; Performing Quality related activity on contractor/supplier work processes (e.g.: procedures, Q. plans, QCP, ITPs review); Monitoring subcontractors/suppliers performances during the execution phase (e.g. inspection management); Support the auditing processes (internal/external); identifying Quality problems providing the company execution team with recommended corrective and preventive actions; Support engineering, during engineering deliverables development. Key activities: Supervision of the Contractors during the implementation of the work. Develop/monitor Quality Control system, including Contractors and sub-Contractors systems. Document, monitor, track and submit all testing and inspection records and data. Coordinate and organize field testing and inspections. Perform/attend needed tests on WORK SITE and in laboratory to ensure conformity on material and works according to the contract specifications. Document all inspection and testing in QC reports. Monitor daily construction activities and materials delivered to the site. Provide support for welding, NDT, coating and other special processes management issues. Provide support for Flange management, Dimensional Control, IecEx management, as needed. Keep track of Variations, Changes to work and Non Conformities. Prepare Lesson Learnt and submit to appropriate Company focal point.
