WTSEnergy is looking to hire a Chief Operations Supervisor for its client LNG Plant Operations. Ideal candidate will be involved in: Day-to-day leadership & management of all activities relating to our Rumuji LNG plant: operations, maintenance, production, management systems, work processes, all shifts and operators, hire and train, etc. Overseeing the operations of the LNG plant to meet business goals & projections. Requirements Holding min of 7 years industry experience in a similar leadership position: hydrocarbons, cryogenics, either refinery or gasplant. Hands-on people manager experienced to working in a multi-cultural & challenging environment. Strong leadership skills, ability to inspire employees to live up to their potential & optimise their productivity. Considerable previous experience as a panel operator. 5. Experienced in having managed shifts in a hydrocarbon plant.
