Our client, a wold leader Engineering Company, is looking to hire a Vendor Representative Coordinator (VRC), who will manage and coordinate all Vendor Representatives required during the erection/installation phases. Some of the operational tasks include: Single point of Contact for GENERAL CONTRACTORs call offs of Vendor Reps Planning of on time mobilization of vendor representatives in close alignment with GENERAL CONTACTOR (ensure call off intimation 6 month in advance before mobilization to site) Call-off Vendor Rep at the Vendor by Email and copy to responsible Procurement Center Buyer to enable Buyer to issue Purchase Order for Vendor Rep to the Vendor. Co-ordinate with Contractor’s procurement centers Co-ordinate Visa requirements Co-ordinate travel booking, airport pick-up, accommodation, etc. with Contractor’s Site Administration Manager Relevant experience on a similar role is required.
