The ETF Project Support Manager coordinates support for all project management activity and develops plans/provides data for management review to ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget and scope. Responsibilities Takes responsibility and leads the provision of Project support to the GM/Project Managers Collects, organises and provides data to monitor status of the site programme, projects, customer and supplier commitments and compliance Provides support to programme meetings and scheduled customer reviews Perform schedule checks and housekeeping to maintain a robust data set Assists in the development of project plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals Supports the Project Managers Team with Identifying potential Risk, Issues and Opportunities Supports the coordination of the commitments with internal and external organisations to fulfil strategies and meet the long-term business plan. Co-ordinate commercial opportunities through estimating and acceptance process Manages project system set up/release documentation and facilitates the weekly project review meetings/Issuing and manages the open action and RAID (Risks/Assumptions/Issues/Dependencies) log Prepare and report business performance Key Process Indicators (KPIs) monthly The Individual Expertise and experience in scheduling tools e.g. Microsoft Project. Strong prior experience in working within a PMO function within a related or equivalent industry Experience in coordinating teams of people to deliver results Confident with conducting presentations and running meetings/workshops Proficient user of MS Office applications, including Microsoft Project Self-starter - proactive with limited requirement for direction Able to prioritise and achieve tasks when under pressure Detail oriented and customer focused with excellent time management skills Be committed to continuous improvement within the role.
