Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure the client requirements are meeting as per the contract in line with the Time, Cost and HSE.
Ensuring timely obtaining NOC’s & Permits for the project.
Planning, implementing and completing the project within agreed time frame and cost.
Ensuring timely completion of Civil, MEP, Electrical Installation & Commissioning works.
Ensuring timely completion of the project & obtain TOC from Client
Project Closeout & obtain DLCC from Client
Ensuring the quality management system procedures in the project.
Leading the project in front line with the client for the project deliverables.
Organizing the Monthly/weekly meeting with stake holders as per the project requirement and deliverables.
Co-ordination with the electrical functional support team for the design works.
Co-ordination with the civil functional support team for the design works.
Co-ordination with the stakeholder for the project requirements and deliverables.
Monitoring the stakeholder performance and informing the higher management for their attention/actions.
Co-ordination and preparation of monthly project report with other functional teams and submission to client.
