Job Purpose: The job holder will be responsible to ensure safe and efficient operation of steel and PE network system such as PRS, Odorizes, Metering skids pressure regulators, central patrolling of NG network, steel & PE pipeline Central Gas System Metering, control panels, pressure regulators gas piping, Gas storage gas blenders as per the standard operating procedures. Responsibilities: Your responsibilities shall include but not limited to: • Checks daily on the critical operation parameter recordings / readings and maintaining all operation records. • Patrol the NG network of PE and steel pipeline and ensure safety and integrity of the network. • Operates and monitors the Pressure Reduction Station Skid and metering Skids. • Checks on a daily basis the Soundness of critical safety systems. • Carries out onsite trouble shooting to ensure minimum downtime. • Monitors Alarms and timely communication with relevant authority of further action. • Maintains and keep accurate and updated records of all O&M activities. • Ensures that all breakdowns in his area of responsibilities are attended to promptly and equipment is returned to service as soon as possible. • Acts as a first responder to any emergency situation and ensures all safety precautions are taken and work permits are issued before commencement of the work and the instructions are rigidly adhered to during all stages of the work in a hazardous area. • Ensures that all the jobs are carried out as per Standard and recommendations in a safe manner and the laid down work instructions. • Ensures that the documents in his custody are maintained and updated as per document control procedures. • Ensures daily collection and recording of data from NG metering stations Desired Candidate Profile Job Purpose: The job holder will be responsible to ensure safe and efficient operation of steel and PE network system such as PRS, Odorizes, Metering skids pressure regulators, central patrolling of NG network, steel & PE pipeline Central Gas System Metering, control panels, pressure regulators gas piping, Gas storage gas blenders as per the standard operating procedures.
