Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you are responsible for the civil works: structures, infrastructures. You are responsible for the following tasks:  Analysis and report by writing on: - Implementing conditions of the works o Safety control system (lifting and handling, operation of construction machinery), o Respect of the planning of execution, o Checking the methods and means implemented by the General Contractor, o Technical norms compliance, - Checking of calculation of structures, - Qualitative and quantitative control of the installations, - Checking of the works in conformity with the contractual documents (technical specifications techniques, drawings, ...), - Diagnosis and defaults’ correction of technical problems.  Daily report to the Site Manager and the Project team in Geneva in charge of the project management.  Liaison with the Client and the General Contractor, participating to the coordination meetings on site. Main criteria:  Background in Civil Engineering.  Experience in the cement field (techniques used for the civil erection of a cement plant).  Significant experience in a position of Civil Engineer for the site supervision.  Ability to inspect, control and report by writing on the operational conditions.  Ability to elaborate a maintenance plan, instructions manual for the preventive maintenance and for the default diagnosis.  Positive attitude and good diplomacy ensuring a good interface with the Client and the General Contractor.
