We are currently recruiting an HR Business Partner for one of our Clients Following are Terms & Conditions for the role: Type of Job : Contract Hire (contracted through MPH to work for the company) Work Location : Doha, Qatar Responsibilities : Identify HR requirements for the respective function to ensure that they are acted upon effectively and the required support is provided in a timely manner Review the business functions organizational structure, job responsibilities and manpower requirements, in coordination with the Organizational Development function, in order to ensure the right roles, responsibilities and resources are in place Understand the Compensation Philosophy of organization and act as an Internal Consultants to Line Managers on day to day compensation issues such as salary adjustment request, promotional increases and pay for performance programs Provide project management support and HR expertise to the business in order to support with specific related projects Provide support during the development of HR initiatives as part of the development of the HR strategy based on research, design and understanding of the business environment. Qualification and Experience : Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or a related area from a recognized University. Membership in Professional HR organization preferred ( CIPD, SHRM ) 6 years relevant experience in Human Resources across multiple areas including at least positions of progressively increasing Supervisory responsibilities Skills and Competencies Excellent PC Skills, specially Excel, Word and Powerpoint Excellent written and oral communication in English Knowledge in HR labor law in Qatar Understanding of HR policies, procedures and processes Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Good Analytical skills
