SENIOR HVAC TECHNICIAN This is an opportunity for you to carry out maintenance jobs on Package units, split units, chiller units. Your main duties will be to: - Execute work orders for maintenance, repair and testing of HVAC equipment / systems & Instrument and control systems. This includes Chilled Water system and DX system, A/C Motor, AHUs and FCUs. Ensure maintenance, repair and testing work done in compliance with applicable standards Ensure work completed is documented and approved by the Supervisor/Maintenance Manager. Assist in the maintenance of records and files of work in progress and work completed. Assist in the completion of time sheets, material costs, repairs and activity reports. Assist in the inventory of spares and material. Participate in toolbox meetings and ensures compliance to HSE policies and procedures. Report non-conformities and breakdown of HVAC equipment/systems and Instrument and control systems to Supervisor/Maintenance Manager immediately. Ideally, you should have Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Air Conditioning refrigeration. Minimum 8 years’ experience in offshore oil & Gas industry. You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as, an advance level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office. You will need excellent communication and presentation skills in both written and verbal English.
