Our client is an Energy Company located in Papua New Guinea, involved with Hydro Power & Oil & Gas Projects. They are currently seeking a PROJECT FINANCE MANAGER to assist the owner and oversee their client’s investment in natural gas and condensate pipeline. (Total distance 300 kms – onshore pipeline). You will work with the owner to secure funding of US$1.34 billion including amassing equity. This will involve meeting with the Developer, PNG Government Leaders, Community Leaders and other stakeholders to outline and present the company’s investment strategy. Also to meet prospective financiers for the project in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and China. Candidates must have experience in the planning, construction, commissioning and operation of onshore pipeline projects owned and operated by an entity other than the gas field developer plus additional previous involvement in raising of investment. Our client is offering a two-year renewable contract (possibly extended 5 years+, later at the Hong Kong office) with excellent remuneration and expatriate benefits package.
