Role: 3GI Rotating Equipment Lead Company: Bolashak-Atyrau Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of experience with a proven ability to work within Client team Recent and relevant hands-on experience with commissioning of High-Pressure injection compressor Relevant experience in setting-up anti-urge controller Capable of troubleshooting compressors first hand Experience in past Major Capital Project in leadership position Substantial experience with GE and Nuovo Pignone equipment High critical thinking/reasoning ability Effective communication skills, English both verbal and written essential In-depth understanding of Commissioning and Start-up sequence fishbone diagram, SC turnover strategies, and transition management plan for each project Strong organizational skills Previous experience with client / contractor interfaces Previous COMPANY/ Chevron/ XOM experience Degree in Engineering (completed post-secondary or higher education) Minimum years of total experience required for position: 11-15yrs Minimum years of total industry specific experience required for position: 11-15yrs Job Requirements: Support all HSE Activities / Initiatives. Observe for unsafe acts / unsafe conditions and raise observation cards. Participate in Behavioral Based Safety (BBS). Fully support and participate in all Injury and Incident Free (IIF) initiatives through reaching out and communicating with Contractors Staff and trades personnel. Compliance with Ethics policies, adheres to Project Execution Procedures. Responsible for planning and executing the commissioning activities of all rotating equipment Develop the Commissioning procedures for all Rotating Equipment Act as focal point for all matters concerning the rotating equipment Manage a team of mechanical/machinery technicians Supervise and steward all mechanical and machinery pre-commissioning and commissioning activities at site Participate to MC and RFSU walk-downs Assist Systems Completion Manager in managing interface with Compressors vendors Review and assess resources to carry out activities in the field Review and validate duration on the 3GI Commissioning Schedule Responsible for PTW submitted by mechanical team Terms: Atyrau 6/2 Rotation: 42 x 14 (8 hours)
