Job Title: Drilling Operations Integrity Rotator Job Type: Contract / 36 Months (28on / 28off) Start Work Date: Immediate Duties and Responsibilities: Provide professional advice and develop safety processes for D&C rig leadership teams to assist in achieving our "Injury & Illness Free" vision Support drilling operations in safety, health and emergency preparedness, especially in the areas of Life Saving Rules (LSR) Establish and monitor D&C safety key performance indicators (KPIs) Support D&C emergency response plan and conduct periodic ER exercises Participate in the development of safety cases for D&C Manage the risk assessment process for rig operations Use core competency and expertise to help D&C rig leadership teams to develop safety strategies to support successful execution of operations Organize and participate in investigation and follow-up of incidents as requested, including development of remedial action plans, providing root cause analysis expertise Support D&C rig operations SHE assessments and reviews at various rig sites Tool development, deployment & maintenance; e.g., Contractor Safety, Best Practices, Manuals & Guides, Assessments, LSRs, etc. Special projects and initiatives development and deployment Data analysis - collect, analyze, and report data on leading and lagging indicators on safety performance and or safety initiatives, making recommendations on improvement opportunities and new safety initiatives. Effectively communicate SHE expectations, best practices and lessons learned Qualification & Experience: College degree in Science or Engineering or Safety, or equivalent is preferred Job requires travel to remote offshore locations 10+ years in safety-related positions in safety, with oil & gas safety-related experience in drilling operations. Prefer long term/extensive experience in safety-related positions Thorough knowledge of safety management systems, processes and safety standards, codes and practices Ability and desire to function and develop successful working relationships with emphasis on effective communications in an integrated team environment Effective communicator / influencer that can scale messages across multiple levels, from senior manager to worker Proven organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects and tasks concurrently Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment, including working in team with diverse cultures Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Strong analytical skills and strong proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint Willingness to work in the HQ, as well as the rig environment
