Main Responsibilities Registration of welders on Welding Identification lists and storage of data on project server. Visual examination of welding’s. Supervision of welding related work towards Bladt Steel Production Preparation of welding related documentation for projects Responsible for welding related documentation in projects Supervision of welding traceability registration in projects. Supervision of welding/NDT quality matters towards project Employer/Clients Site Inspectors. Contribution to definition and description of welding procedures and instructions Can stop the welding and NDT work in projects in cooperation with Site or Project Manager. Initiate all Quality, Safety and Environmental activities found necessary to satisfy the overall requirements on Bladt Industries in cooperation with Site or Project Manager. Collecting data in workshop for Welding Identification list. Supervision of welding related work. Visual examination of welding’s and steel surfaces. Marking of welding’s in non-serial production e.g. jacket constructions. Completion of Welding Identification list. QC Requisition of NDT. Ensure Inspection and Test Plan is followed Ensure all decisions are well documented. Assist Project in matters regarding Welding and related issues. Participate in Site meetings and meetings with Employer/Clients Site Inspectors Final inspection of sections after sandblasting. Assisting in QC Handover process. Preparation of welding documentation packages in projects for Documentation department. Requirements Can identify and foresee project risks and report to Site or Project Manager. Can recommend project changes within inspection activity to the Sire or Project Manager Certificate for Visual Inspection, level 2. or Welding Inspector (EWIS/IWIS) Ability to work independent. Able to read and understand technical drawings (workshop drawings). English – Fluent in oral and writing. MS Office package – Basic in oral and writing. Systematic and structured with high level of quality in mind. Recommended minimum 5 years of experience with welding. Team player, Good communication & coordination skills
