Manage electrical engineering projects from initiation to completion, including coordination with stakeholders, adherence to timelines and budgets, and quality control. Stay updated with Transco OHL regulations, codes, and industry best practices to ensure compliance of electrical designs and projects. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, contractors, and junior engineers, resolving complex technical issues related to electrical systems and infrastructure. Conduct inspections, tests, and audits of electrical installations and equipment to verify compliance with specifications and standards. Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards associated with electrical projects, ensuring a safe working environment. Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates, maintaining comprehensive records of electrical designs and maintenance activities. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicating technical concepts and project requirements clearly and concisely. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in electrical engineering, recommending process improvements for enhanced efficiency and productivity. Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians, contributing to the development of the electrical engineering team.
