Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead, Electrical Engineering (Job ID: 6985) SITUATION IN ORGANIZATION • Reporting to Head of Electrical & Instrumentation (N+1) and Maintenance and Inspection Manager (N+2). This position has 6 (N-1) direct reports /subordinate positions. ACCOUNTABILITIES: • To Lead and oversee the safe development, implementation and execution of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities in close liaison with Discipline Maintenance Engineers and Coordinators, Departmental Planners, Contracts and Procurement Department, Warehouse, Campaign/Shutdown Team Leads & Coordinators, Field Operations Inspection department, Maintenance Engineering Department, NOC Operations Centre Manager and T1/T2 Maintenance Coordinators. • To manage design of Electrical & HVAC engineering solutions to support maintenance team with the correct procedures, spare parts and specialized manpower.
