Job Description Roles & Responsibilities This is a challenging and rewarding role, reporting to the Assistant Manager Services, with a strong aftermarket customer focus. The position is responsible for addressing customer breakdown complaints on-site, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing service calls, and upholding HSE standards for employees while generating additional business. Respond to customer breakdown calls and mobilize teams to site. Provide technical support to the team as needed. Submit monthly reports to Cummins and collaborate with DFSE for technical support details. Maintain strong relationships with colleagues and address customer complaints promptly. Ensure accurate and timely closure of warranty claims by providing necessary information to the warranty manager. Ensure no outstanding payments from cash clients and minimize WIP through daily invoicing. Optimize labor utilization, work efficiency, and achieve "First Time Right" performance. Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures. Ensure service staff participate in monthly Health & Safety meetings with action plans agreed and monitored. Promote safety by using PPE and properly completing accident reports. Maintain and secure company assets, ensuring vehicles are roadworthy and tools are in good condition.
