Applies and follows the contractual obligations, GCCS’ policies and procedures. • Follow, imply and maintain all ISO standards and requirements. • Applies and follows the contractual obligations, GCCS’ policies and procedures. • Follow, imply and maintain all ISO standards and requirements. • Applies and follows the Quality, Food safety and HSE contractual obligations, GCC’s policies and procedures. • Follows, imply and maintain all ISO standards and requirements. • Prepare and implement HACCP plan for the site with the help of site food safety team. • Ensures Personal Hygiene standards are met, Monitors sanitation standards, Implies Health and Safety measures including code of Accident prevention. • Assists the Management in planning Strategies for service upgrading. • Train employees on HACCP, food safety & HSE • Ensures quality, food safety and HSE requirement are briefed to all staff. • Sets up calendar for Random Inspections and internal audit. • Monitors the Operation Reports on inspections conducted on a daily basis. • Provides all required support to Management on matters related to Quality & HSE. • Ensures that Location is provided with all reading material required for training, reference and standards. Highlights safety awareness among the employees. • Constantly available to offer suggestions on all Quality & HSE related issues • Monitors HACCP and QHSE system and ensures that it is sustained and followed accurately. • Ensure the corrective measures are taken in any issues regarding quality. • Ensure that the customer complaints are minimized and reported timely to management. • Ensures that customer survey is done on regular intervals and statistics are sent to management. • Ensures that HSE statistics are recorded and sent to management. • Responsible to maintain all relevant QHSE documentation. • Responsible to investigate and analyze food and HSE incident / accident and propose corrective & preventive action. • Responsible to provide QHSE related input to the management review meetings. • Responsible to implement Emergency Preparedness and response plan. • Responsible to provide QHSE induction training for newly hired employees. • To comply with QHSE policies and rules set by the company and to continually support the same to ensure a safe and healthy working environment. Desired Candidate Profile • Arabic • Degree or Diploma in Catering/ Hospitality Management/ Food technology/ Microbiology. • Must have thorough knowledge & experience in HACCP or ISO22000 implementation. • 3 to 5 years work experiences as a HSE officer or QA/QC Officer within a remote site catering organization. • Must be fluent in Arabic language / read and write • Fluent in English and able to communicate. • Computer Literate. • Must be fluent in English & Arabic
