Participate in establishing HSE Management System for the internal management of both Projects and maintain systems implementation of the Projects HSE systems of FCD shall be established and implemented Involve in incident investigation, and make statistics of Near Miss, Deviation, First aid and other events which related HSE. Conduct daily HSE inspection, and follow up corrective and preventive actions based on the non-conformance with HSE rules and potential hazard, and the Statistical work of work permit. Dedicated in onsite HSE operation and make construction safety under control. Combine with HSE supervisor of projects to build and enhance HSE culture amongst staff. Provide HSE training to contractors, and record all training date, arrange refresh training for them yearly. Plan and implement HSE Drill for plant staff make record and write report. Desired Candidate Profile At least 8 years experience on HSE management, familiar with ISO14000, OHSAS18000 system and local law requirement. Professional knowledge and familiar with safety activities such as hoisting，digging，temporary electricity, work at heights, civil construction，etc. Good problem solving skills and good interpersonal skills. Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic, knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage. Carefulness and have a good execution to follow work plan. Have certain training and presentation skill. Bachelor degree or above in chemical or mechanical/electrical engineering, preferable background in safety & environment.
