Job Description Roles & Responsibilities QC INSPECTOR (WELDING) RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct daily welding inspections and coordinate with Client representative during site visit. Prepare and schedule NDT request including PWHT. Establish Inspection and Test plan (ITP), with respect to project Standards and Specifications. Prepare Welding Procedure Specifications and Conduct PQT, WQT and witness mechanical testing of test specimens. Supervision of QA/QC activities related to Pipelines/Piping and Hydro testing / Pneumatic Testing of erected spools. Carryout mechanical and QC clearance of hydro test packages. Preparation of final documents for the Project completion Dossier.

Oversee switchgear and switchboard operations during commissioning. Review and approve commissioning procedures, check sheets, and dossiers. Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and safe work practices. Support progress reporting and interface with construction and operations teams.
