Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Purpose Supervise the Instrument Maintenance Team of Technicians, during routine maintenance, Shutdowns and Turn Around Activities in any of the Maaden Phosphate Plants. Ensures that all Field Maintenance work to be carried out in accordance with approved Ma aden Safety Standards Procedures. Key Accountabilities Conversant with the HSE requirements and accept full accountability and commitment towards HSE Management Systems. Supervise the Service Repair of all Instrument equipment at all plant. Respond to breakdowns in the shortest possible time. Follow the plant maintenance workflow process to execute all work and give accurate and timely feedback after repairs. Optimized the usage of resources and eliminate waste. Train and improve the competency levels to enhance safety skills, levels, discipline, motivation, and productivity of subordinates. Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor or Associate Diploma in Instrumentation engineering Minimum Experience: Minimum 6 years maintenance experience in Instrumentation Experience in working with a computerized maintenance management system is an asset.
