QHSE TRAINING COORDINATOR %u2013 BELGIUM WITH REGULAR INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL FUNCTION The QHSE Training Coordinator will be integrated in the Corporate QHSE Department and will report to the Corporate QHSE Manager. The QHSE training coordinator will work in close collaboration with the Talent & Development Coordinator. Strategic development of the QHSE trainings including: QHSE training modules development according to internal and external requirements Integrate the QHSE training programmes into the companys overall training strategy Deliver QHSE training programmes to targeted audiences (Management level, QHSE trainers, workers, hired personnel, subcontractors) Organize, coordinate and follow-up of QHSE trainings and QHSE trainers in collaboration with the Talent & Development coordinator Develop and follow-up of an internal and external QHSE communication / advertisement / awareness programme in coordination with the Company Communication Department. REQUIREMENTS Fluent in English and French (Dutch or other languages are a plus) Diploma in occupational health and safety, environmental and quality fields a plus; Minimum 8-10 years of experience in QHSE roles gained in an international setting Possessing references of experiences in the QHSE training field (experience with ELearning application and development would be an asset) Knowledge of international standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, VCA; Excellent communication skills both oral and written Excellent team player.
