HSE Advisor (Performance) Location : Abu Dhabi Salary : Negotiable Closing Date : ASAP Job Purpose & Scope • Develop and implement a comprehensive HSE Performance Management System in line with ADNOC CoPs and international standards. • Develop processes for the interpretation and management of Corporate HSE performance in order to drive improvement in all aspects of Operational HSE. • Systematically and periodically monitor, review, analyze and report HSE performance status against HSE objectives, plan and KPIs and identify areas of concern and improvement. Minimum Requirements • B.Sc. in disciplined engineering, professional qualification, or equivalent. • At least 10 years of experience in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry with relevant HSE experience. • Fluent in oral and written English with strong communication skills to effectively interact with key stakeholders. • Strong analytical and presentation skills with accountability for delivery of high quality work.
