Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Cost Estimator to handle tender quotations, contract negotiations, and contract management tasks. The successful candidate will be involved in business planning for projects, preparing and reviewing business proposals, and supporting subcontracting tender evaluations. This role requires a high level of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and strong team collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Responsibility 1: Managing Tender Quotations, Contract Negotiations, and Contract Management 1. Review Tender Documents: Thoroughly review tender documents and initiate the tender document review process. 2. Organize commercial Clarifications and Tender Deviations: Organize and compile commercial clarifications and tender deviations from the tender documents. 3. Price Inquiry: Conduct price inquiries for various tender elements to obtain market price information. 4. Business Proposal Price Calculation: Complete the price calculation for the commercial proposal, ensuring accuracy and reasonableness. 5. Organize Commercial Proposal Review process: Organize and oversee the business proposal review process to ensure it is conducted fairly and according to standards. 6. Compile Commercial Proposal Documents: Responsible for compiling and preparing the commercial proposal documents to ensure completeness and compliance with tender requirements. 7. Post-Tender Clarification: Track and complete post-tender clarification work to address issues identified during the tender process. 8. Contract Negotiation for Awarded Projects: Negotiate commercial-related contracts for awarded projects, ensuring contract terms meet project requirements. 9. Post-Tender Summary: Conduct a post-tender summary, reviewing and analyzing the tender process, and providing recommendations for improvements. Responsibility 2: Managing Commercial Planning for Awarded Projects 1. Provide Tender Information: Provide relevant tender information to the project team to support the development of the project plan.
