• Applies and follows Contractual obligations, GCC’s policies and procedures. • Ensures ISO standards and requirements are strictly followed and Maintained. • Ensures Personal Hygiene standards, uniform code and code of behavior is strictly followed and complied with. • Follows Health and Safety measures including code of Accident prevention. • Conduct daily briefing, safety awareness. • Pays constant attention to Safe Work Practices and immediately addresses any unsafe act witnessed. • Obtain list of all rooms and areas to be cleaned for an immediate prospective checking and for preparation of work assignments for the cleaning staffs. • Assign workers their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness. • Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies. • Issues supplies and equipment to workers. • Investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective actions. • Examine rooms, halls, and lobbies to determine need for repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment, and makes recommendations to management. • Ensures high standard service is provided at all times, including on time laundry collections and deliveries. • Responsible for the proper use of Laundry Machines and other Laundry Equipment and reports to concerned authorities immediately in the event of mal-functioning of any of this equipment. • Closely supervises the laundry work, paying detailed and proper use of detergents, pressing and drying, etc. • Performs other duties related to Laundry Section and assigned by the Superiors. • Ensures Safety and Hygiene conditions are maintained at all times in the Laundry area. • Maintain records related to collection and deliveries of clothes. • Ensures staffs working in the laundry area are aware of personal safety and hygiene procedures. • Reports immediately to Management in case of any defaults in Laundry Equipment. • Records data concerning work assignments. Personnel actions and time cards, and prepares periodic reports. • To comply with QHSE policies and rules set by the company and to continually support the same to ensure a safe and healthy working environment
