ABOUT CLIENT: Major producer of oil and gas from the offshore areas of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi is looking for professionals with minimum 8 years’ experience in geological work in oil industry. JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE: 1. Performs and reviews geological studies. Evaluates hydrocarbon prospects and undeveloped discoveries in terms of potential reserves within Company’s concessional areas. 2. Prepares recommendations for Supervisor’s approval, for further exploration, delineation and appraisal work. (Activities cover all exploration, appraisal and delineation wells in the Company’s concessional areas.) REMUNERATION: An attractive remuneration will be negotiated with the successful candidates and will be in line with a competitive industry standard. Desired Candidate Profile QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1. Bachelor Degree in Geology or equivalent. 2. Minimum 8 years’ experience in geological work in the oil industry, including 2 years in fields’ operations experience.
