ABOUT CLIENT: Role calls for a very experienced oil and gas professional who are willing to work with a well-known National Oil Company in Abu Dhabi, where the job holder will develop & implement a comprehensive HSE Performance Management System in line with the company’s CoPs & international standards. JOB PURPOSE & SCOPE: 1. Establishes, monitors & updated HSE performance indicators & standards for all company activities in line with the Company’s CoPs, corporate procedures, utilizing international standards & industry best practice. 2. Monitors & audits the implementation of HSE performance standards & their management to ensure compliance & continual improvement. 3. Plans, develops, organizes & conducts presentations & HSE performance reviews to promote, implement & improve HSE performance requirements & standards. 4. Develops & maintains the HSE performance reporting system & mechanisms for reporting on corporate HSE performance (monthly, quarterly, annually) ensuring validation of data quality. 5. Conducts periodic trending & analysis of findings from HSE inspections, safety tours, near misses, PTW audits & reported incidents to identify & recommend improvements to address the gaps. 6. Maintains & further refines the process for HSE performance review to enhance & support implementation of HSEMS expectation & performance standards. Desired Candidate Profile QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: B.Sc. in disciplined engineering, professional qualification or equivalent. 10 years experience in oil & gas/ petrochemical industry with relevant HSE experience.
