Only experience obtained after graduation is applicable. • Must possess high degree of Computer application proficiency in the use of latest softwares. Primary Purpose of the Job To carry out technical data entry and administrative duties for the As-Built section using related systems and develop server based database applications for tracking and tractability for all As-Built work functions. Maintain, assist development and enhancement of applications to support the As-Built systems and Standards. Use data and generate various reports and assist in presentations. Job Description/Major Duties (general job functions, responsibilities, day-to-day tasks & activities) • Provide complete technical, administrative and general office support to assigned section for conducting daily activities in an efficient and timely manner. • Provide technical assistance to maintain, develop and enhance applications to support AutoCAD standards. • Providing assistance in enhancing available systems, programs and processes by means of proposals, suggestions and self-initiatives within his/her level and as directed by supervisor. • Contribute to the team effort to ensure that scheduled activities are completed on time. • Assist in the preparation of User Guides, Training Manuals and contributes to the EED helpdesk where required. • Maintains complete confidentiality, as required for data and information gathered. • Provide computer related support, i.e. software/ hardware and trouble shooting as required. • Responsible to perform system administration activities under supervision of Lead Designer. • Provide assistance in QA/QC AutoCAD batch checking for AutoCAD drawings developed and its Contractors If Interested please provide the details (as it is mandatory to send our client) mentioned below and please send your updated resume in a word format for the further proceedings!!!
