Analyses and processes all contracts development requests received from all Company Distribution Divisions from review of scope of work stage through development of tendering strategy, bidders list, tender documents, evaluation of bids and up to conclusion of contracts. Evaluates and applies judgment on claims and request of variations/amendments and follows up work process to contracts file close out. Coordinators and advises users Divisions o0n contractual and commercial matters. Participates in the preparation of annual acquisition plan. Annual value of commitments handled by the position in out of total department annual commitment of millions.
