Job Description • 3-5 Years experience in recruitment for Oil & gas gulf market. • Working knowledge on job portals, linkedin etc • Main priority is of good experience in sourcing of relevant CVs for Oil & gas clients including expats. • Work closely with me BD/ Recruitment Manager in understanding the job requirements and can assist the clients with suitable CVs for the required positions • Experience of sourcing CVs for UAE national, Saudi nationals would be added advantage. • Good exposure of technical recruitment( Oil & gas market) specially sourcing in middle east market . • Other responsibilities as allocated by the Managing Director • Ownership of the positions allocated and coordinate with UK team for any additional help, info required. • Candidate should be hard working , fast paced & able to identify the right candidate for the vacancies and map the other requirements of the clients. • Maintain good pool of the candidates CVs while doing proper screening . • Good knowledge of Oil & gas middle east market • Should be able to work through whole recruitment process from sourcing , interview schedules till joining . • Energetic with positive outlook
