Job Description We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Oil & Gas Services Middle East LLC in Qatar for a: ELECTRICAL CONTROL ENGINEER This is an opportunity for you to perform engineering review and filed support for Electrical Integrated Control and Power Management Systems. Your main duties will be to: - Excitation and protection system of large Gas Turbine generators, Steam Turbine Generators and Emergency Diesel Generators. - Maintenance, reliability/availability, integrity and spare parts of Electrical control and Power Management systems electrical control testing, commissioning/ start-up and operation. Ideally you will have a relevant Bachelor Degree in Engineering Electrical or Electronics. You will have a minimum 7 years hands-on experience in Electrical protection and control including at least 5 years in a supervisory role. You will have technical experience with specific involvement in design development, construction, commissioning and maintenance of ABB ELICS/PMS and/or Schneider EMCS for large Oil and Gas process facilities.
