(1332) Manager Condition Monitoring
The position involves system and equipment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, performance monitoring, defining outage work and maintenance priorities. Disciplines include: Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) Program for technical requirements include turbine and rotating equipment lube oil analysis, transformer and circuit breaker oil analysis, rotating equipment vibration analysis and boiler and related system thermographic analysis. Responsible for the establishment Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) Program procedures to assess health of rotating equipment and timely equipment repair recommendations based on analytical results. Responsible for the implementation of the TQM- Continuous Improvement Process within the department. Ensuring any abnormalities to the notice of condition monitoring engineer and provide inputs for analysis. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum Education: BS in Mechanical Engineering Experience and Qualifications: 12-15 years of relevant experience in Mechanical Engineering, including Rotating Equipment maintenance, condition monitoring, in refinery, power or process plant or Phosphate/ Mining, with at least 5 of those years in a managerial role. Practical hands on experience of Non-Destructive Testing Tools, Vibration Analyzer, Thermographic Camera, and Stethoscope Ultra Probe. Sound understanding of Predictive Maintenance.
