Job Description We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Oil & Gas Services Middle East LLC in Qatar for a: SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER (PIPELINES/FLOWLINES) This is an opportunity for you to utilize your experience in project engineering, preparation of scope of work for tender, bid evaluation, project risk assessment, contracts coordination and management. You will be responsible for the execution of the offshore scope associated with the project (pipelines/flowlines), on time and within budget, and as per agreed project requirements, specifications and standards. You will effectively coordinate and takes over of new Projects from feasibility stage and ensures clear project definition & boundaries, project objectives and execution timelines laid out up front. Prepares Project Initiation Notes (PIN) as necessary and ensures stage gate approvals are followed up and obtained in a timely manner. Desired Candidate Profile Ideally you will have Bachelor of Science in Engineering either Process or Mechanical discipline or higher degree would be advantageous. You will have a minimum of 12 years experience in engineering, project management and execution of major and mega Oil & Gas projects in an Oil & Gas company or Contractor/Consultant.
