Responsibility for all terminal metering and loading operations on a 24 hour cycle basis and assumes responsibility of the oil transportation pipelines, oil metering stations, utilities, pumps etc. of the Terminal. Supervision and control of all aspects of crude oil, naphtha and condensate tanker loading operations DCS (Distributed Control System) Panel from multi- product berth and single point mooring and checks, finalises the Bill of Lading quantity. Education: Higher National Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is mandatory. Bachelor of Science or Engineering in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering is preferred. 8 years in Oil & Gas Industry in Terminal Loading Operations.
