Job Description Summary: The On-site HSE Advisor for Onshore Drilling Operations will be responsible for the occupational HSE-related activities for the Companys designated operational areas. This position also requires ensuring HSE risks are managed according to Company policies, standards and processes; industry best practices and standards; and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The HSE Advisor works as the operating company’s HSE representative and supports designated operational areas. The candidate should have experience within the onshore drilling industry, a proven track record and commitment to achieving all HSE and Company objectives. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum Requirements and Qualifications: ØØ Bachelors / 4-5 yr Degree Holder ØØ 3 year minimum HSE experience across drilling rigs ØØ With NEBOSH/ OSHA Certificate or equivalent ØØ Credible HSE track record and technical understanding of onshore drilling processes ØØ Knowledge of HSE legislation and industry best practices and their application to the project ØØ Experience working for both the drilling operator side and service companies ØØ Can work with minimum supervision, with self initiatives and team player ØØ Proficiency with written and email communication including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
