Overall management of company’s projects involving following functions: Post contract: 1. Complete management of the project at site from taking possession of the unit from client to site handover. 2. Maximizing resource efficiency (labor, materials and equipment). 3. Implementing various operations through proper coordination and control of planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction in the entire process. 4. Maintaining accurate records as construction progress throughout the projects. 5. Responsible for overview of the construction sites, and management of vendors and trades.
