Is Overall Project Controls Management Lead for the following WP functions; · Cost Control · Schedule Control · Progress Measurement (QS Function) · Project Reporting to the Engineer (and Consortium as required) Interfaces with the following functions for the Civil Works, Electrical Works and ANM Management Groups and the Employers representatives for; · Interface Management · Design Management · Construction/Installation Management · Commercial and Change Management · Schedule Management · Health and Safety Management · Document Management · Quality Management and Control Where necessary provides project controls specific advice and guidance to the following functions; · Risk Management
