Job Location: Doha –Qatar Mode of Contracts: Definite OR indefinite contracts & Family Status Primary Purpose of the Job • B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent. • Minimum of 15 year’s experience in design, construction, commissioning and start-up of major offshore EPIC contracts with major consultancy and contracting companies. Minimum 10 year’s experience as Commissioning Team Leader or similar position. Should have extensive knowledge about testing & commissioning of offshore electrical(switchgear LV/HV,UPS,Voltage Frequency controller, Generation systems), instrument and control systems,(ESD,,F&G,RTU,DCS SCada), Telecommunication system. • Multi-discipline engineering exposure with trouble-shooting and problem solving skills is considered essential for the position. • Possesses excellent and wide ranging technical and practical knowledge and exposure to associated disciplines, as applicable A strong “control” background is essential. • Extensive leadership skills to motivate and organize project staff and contractors’ staff to achieve a high performance level • Proficiency level in the use of the English language, both written and spoken. • Extensive experience in Risk and Project management and in the application of safety procedures and practices.
