Job Purpose: Supervise and participate in the implementation of the Health , Safety and Environment management system with relation to company and contractors , to ensure adherence to companys established guidelines, standards and code of practice. Monitors and advise on site activities to be performed safely. Promote awareness of site personnel to HSE. Investigates incidents / accidents. Assist the On Scene commander and Emergency teams in emergency situations. Participate in hazardous identification & Quantitative & semi quantitative risk assessments. Career development of trade UAE nationals & participate in HSE training for all site personnel. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum Requirements: 5 yrs bachelor degree holder in mechanical power, mechtronics or equivalent power or industrial chemical or petroleum engineering / Technical discipline or equivalent . Minimum of 8 yrs experience in industrial safety / loss prevention in an oil industry. 4 yrs experience as an HSE fully developed engineer or consultant working at offshore oil / gas production installations.
