Our client, a global bank is looking for a Business Analyst to join its dynamic team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate has to analyze, document and propose solutions for complex business and support functions and prepare functional specifications. Responsibilities: • Analyze and document business processes and involve end users in all the project phases • Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain approvals on the specifications • Document the systems and functional processes to enable new comers to understand the system • Manage day to day change requests in relation to the project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met • Generate periodic progress reports comparing progress against outstanding milestones, resource requirements and risks Desired Candidate Profile • University degree in B.Sc Computer Science or Information Systems • Knowledge of analyzing, documenting, writing down functional specifications and interacting with end users • Must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience and knowledge of end to end IT project lifecycles and standard banking business processes • Good knowledge of activity planning, ORACLE Databases, SQL and PL/SQL as well as Unix technology
