Role objective:- • Manage and support the online channels as directed by Senior Web Development Specialist • Responsible for the online experience of customers, partners, Suppliers and employees Duties:- • Work with the Senior Web Development Specialist to define objectives for tasked projects • Ensures that online channels are among its best assets and offers a public face to the organization on the Internet • Maintain official online channels (external and internal) and update them as directed • Manage the content creation, gathering and publication workflow • Establish policies and procedures around content management • Created template documents and forms to be used in gathering the content as per the website services and requirements • Liaise with the different content stakeholders across internal departments and according to the website services • Coordinate with internal and external entities for the content copywriting editing translation and digital material (photography video, multimedia) • Support internal and external users through training and walkthroughs of various online services • Managed the permission levels given to the website editorial team according to their roles and responsibilities (internal and external parties) • Manage the user requests on the websites through answering/channeling emails directed to the webmaster account • Ensure that the website is user friendly from the navigation and information flow perspective • Ensure that the website is working as expected on different browsers • Provide the manager with regular report regarding the websites usage and statistics • Coordinate closely with the IT department on all technical issues related to the websites • Research emerging technologies and services that may enhance the online experience and make recommendations to management Requirements:- • Demonstrated leadership in project management • Thorough understanding of project delivery processes • Proficiency with project management tools • Ability to translate business and user requirement into technical specifications • Demonstrated verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills • Technical writing experience • Strong communications, problem solving, presentation and reasoning skills • Knowledge and Ability to perform testing methodology Desired Candidate Profile Job Location: Qatar, Doha Industry: PR Govt Sector Qualification:- Bachelors /Master Degree (or relevant experience) in one of the following Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Fluent in Arabic and English language must Experience:- • 3-6 years of web management experience • Experience in Project Delivery and Business Solutions preferred • Deep understanding of MOSS 2010, HTML, Ajax, etc. • Some programming and image editing experience
