(1683) Set up Supervisor
Position Purpose: Oversee seamless setup operations relative to event stakeholder, statutory and regulatory requirements and the OCEC’s policies by planning, delivering and innovating setup services. Specific Responsibilities’ Standards: • Planning: Align event resource performance for success relative to event stakeholder requirements by identifying desired event results; researching history and developing a detailed setup operational plan • Supervision: Orchestrate seamless setup service operations relative to event requirements by collaborating with key event stakeholders; managing timelines and evaluating event team performance and service delivery • Event Stakeholder Relationship Management: Develop collaborative working relationships relative to accomplishing an events purpose by seeking win-win opportunities; developing others and own ideas and facilitating agreement to support ideas or take partnership-orientated action • Talent/Team Management: Build a successful Setup Services Team relative to the OCEC Service Culture by developing direction and structure, involving team in decision making and leading by example General Responsibilities’ Standards: • Uphold the mission and vision of OCEC • Participate in personal development activities to enhance performance • Play as a team member and provide support to other staff where possible • Refrain from any actions during or after working hours that would affect the reputation of OCEC. • The employee has to care for OCEC Assets (including the actual building). Asset misuse, loss, damage, or theft may be grounds for disciplinary action which may include termination & fires. • Other duties as directed by the Event Services Manager and/or Head of Event Operations.
