Purpose of Job: To coordinate with project teams to ensure that Energy Management Strategy and energy performance goals are implemented during the Pre-FEED, FEED & EPC phases of all Major and Minor Projects. To ensure that Best Available Techniques (BAT) such as “Energy and Hydrogen PINCH” and best industry practices are applied to new Projects during FEED phase of Major and Minor Projects. Initiate energy improvement studies & projects relating to existing refinery processes. Review the MOC from energy management aspect for minor projects. Develop procedures and guidelines on energy management as applicable to projects during study and FEED phase. Follow up proper implementation of Energy Management System. Coordinate for energy audits on regular basis. Provide support to manage energy consumption at P&TD of supply division. Participate actively in formulating Company objectives, plan, strategies and policies to reduce energy consumption and coordinate for their implementation. Review energy improvement proposals and associated techno-economic feasibility studies. Accordingly take up with energy manager for further follow up & implementation. Coordinate & conduct Energy awareness programs/ training/ workshops. Plans and provide inputs for Capital and Operating Budget projects to improve & sustain energy performance Industry Type : Oil & Gas / Petroleum Functional Area : Engineering Desired Candidate Profile Minimum Job Requirements: B.Sc.
