•Development and Implementation of Project Specific Contract Quality Plan, Procedure, work instructions and quality Control plans. •Ensuring maintenance of Company’s QMS in compliance with ISO 9000 / ASME / other standards. •Ensuring use of latest revision of all Contract Documents, Contract Specifications and engineering reference and Standards. •Internal Auditing, Verification of quality records and follow up of corrective actions, at various projects Sites. •Identification, investigation resolution and close out of non conformities. •Ensuring all inspection & test points are correctly carried by designated person & duly recorded. Identify & schedule all testing weekly according to work progress & on ITP and assign such duties to Quality Engineers. •Identifying training needs of personnel and provide training on Quality Management. •Maintain Training Records. •Ensuring the smooth handing over documentation for completed projects. •Maintain good relationships with the client and develop a professional team to establish the company (BEC) as the contractor of choice. Industry Type : Oil & Gas / Petroleum Functional Area : Engineering Desired Candidate Profile • Candidate must be Graduate Mechanical Engineers with 15-25 years of relevant experience. Alt least 5 years in Oil & Gas industry in Managerial Role. Lead Assessor Training preferable Criteria Required Mentioned below. •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering •15-25 years work experience with at least 5 years in Oil & Gas projects QA/QC •ISO9001:2008 Lead Assessor, preferably with IRCA registration Id. •AWS / CSWIP – Sr. Welding Inspector certification •ASNT Level II in RT/PT/MT/UT •Experience in establishing weld procedures in CS, SS, DSS, SDSS, Alloy Steel materials •Experience in establishing quality procedures / QMS documentation and monitoring corporate quality system implementation •Good knowledge of ASME/ASTM/API/ Shell DEP/ISO standards
