Requirements: Fluent English and Arabic (either written or spoken); knoweledge of another foreign language is highly evaluated Excellent knowledge of Egyptian labour laws Ability and experience in managing the payroll process in autonomy Capability to deal with domestic and international employees Experience gained within Constrcution Engineering Company is highly evaluated Main duties: Processing/elaboration of salary Provides the update of data related to payroll, contribution, severance pay, fiscal fulfillment, insurances Record the data related to HR administration Record the presence of the employee, controlling the reconciliation of the data and intervene on possible abnormalities Look after the update of the support software and its adequacy according by law , maintaining the relationship with external consultants Look after the update, interpretation and the respect of the rules that regulate the remunerative and contributive aspects, with the support of the manager and the external consultants Support the manager, providing the locating and cooperating for the analysis of the data Assure the elaboration of the monthly report related to the cost of personnel Know-how of recruitment process Know-how of labor law and experience in dealing with Local Authorities Know-how of Visa, permanent Visa stay Deal with people in construction site Support the quality department for HR fulfillments Others: Duration: 1 year renewable Assignment: full time Beginning of the activity: ASAP
