Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Document Controller, based in Windsor, Berkshire Responsibilities will include: Support the information manager with the following:- Day to day management of information on the renewable assets Assist with a large back log of emails that need actioning with documents being put into the system Support work to deliver IM governance to the Thermal assets Support the management and updating of the data room for the wind farm sales process Support the collation and indexing of all information relating to an asset in preparation for handover to the new owner, this includes hard copy and electronic documentation. This may also require manually packing hard copies up into archive boxes ready for transport Managing a variety of types of highly confidential information including commercial, technical, legal, operational etc Populate the document management system, FusionLive, with documentation from multiple shared mailboxes Experience Information Management qualification and/or demonstrable Document Management experience Experience compiling data rooms and handing over packages of information with asset divestment Good previous experience in Document Management in multi-discipline environment Previous experience working with onshore / offshore wind projects Understanding and experience of the energy industry from a technical and commercial perspective Understanding and experience of the offshore engineering and construction industry from a technical and commercial perspective Previous use or knowledge of FusionLive, Intralinks advantageous
