Overview of position: Operations Integrated Planning Lead will play an integral part in planning and delivering HSE, Operations & Maintenance activities in Water Flood operations that support process, people, safety & budget attainment and production availability. This position will be in support of Subsurface, Wells & Projects when required. Key Accountabilities The Operations Integrated Planning Lead will ensure a quality Water Flood integrated planning process is followed and must effectively drive the implementation by: Coordinating with planning teams of Projects, Wells and Sub-surface departments to develop an integrated plan for all CPS Stations, QA/Veolia and Industrial Water. Preparation and update of the “Bookies Board” for all CPS Stations, QA/Veolia and Industrial Water. Develop integrated maintenance plans for the CPS Stations, QA/Veolia and Industrial Water. Participate and attend the CPS and QA/Veolia weekly maintenance planning meetings Processing maintenance work orders in CMMS when required but Coaching others to do this task is important Providing support sourcing and expediting of work order materials when required. Again, this is only for critical activities and urgent requests. Training others to support this is critical. Developing and maintain a good working relationships with all Functions is important. From time to time, the Operations Integrated Planning Lead may be required to provide additional support due to operational requirements or as dictated by the Operations Senior Integrated Planning Manager such as: Breakdown/repair planning Preparation of ad-hoc reports Requirements and Qualifications: Minimum 10 years oil industry Planning experience Fluent in English, written and spoken Proficient in Maximo, Primavera P6 and MS Project Proven analytical and problem solving skills Culturally sensitive Ability to cope with change
