Role: As Site Manager you will actively supervise the rehabilitation of a boiler which had been built in the late 1980’s (circa 300MW). Additional scope will be to supervise the water treatment and waste water facilities Warrant that all activities on site are in accordance with the specification presented by the EPC contractor and approved by the Client. Full site coordination of construction activities, EPC contractor as well as other site contractors. Ensure regular updates and potential schedule issues are reported to the local Project Manager located in the main office in Jordan. Requirements: An Engineering Degree is required. +12 year’s experience in the International Power Plant industry and a very strong background working on Thermal Power Plant and associated facilities. Strong character, proactive and confident in your own experience and knowledge to help progress works on site in real time. Fully proficient in MS-Project and MS-Office The ability and willingness to work with people of different ethnic, religious and cultural background Knowledge of onsite-construction practice, environmental regulations and safety requirements is required Details: Start: October 2016 End: December 2017 Package: Salary and conditions to be discussed with suitable candidates.
