The Commissioning and Start-Up Manager is primarily responsible for pre-commissioning, commissioning and turnover of the LNG Plant to the Client. Prior to final turnover, the department is responsible for the overall safety, quality, budget schedule and management with regards to achieving contractual Commissioning, Turnover and Start-Up Milestones of all Areas, Utilities, Process, Offsites and Jetty. Minimum Qualifications: At least college/university graduate in management or engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil) Minimum of 20 years working experience gained in a international construction company engaged primarily in Oil and Gas facilities construction; Minimum of 10 years managerial experience
